Hi Everybody!

Got a small announcement for you, unfortunately [GU]Nigtherig has decided to leave the team for personal reasons. We are very sad that he has made this decision but we completely respect his choice, he is always welcome on any of our services at any time.

Just a quick update on Downhill Season 2, we are working very hard on making it a success and are still looking for suggestions, which you can suggest by >Clicking Here<.

Also, for those of you still reading this far in, we have something to announce a little later on. This is something that we're very excited to announce and are looking forward to what this means for the future of Gamers United and the TC Community.

Hello! - In this post I will be making a few announcements and will be giving you all an update on what is going on within GU.

Firstly, we would like to make our main announcement. - Due to the removal of some inactive staff and staff who do not meet our expectations, starting from the time that this post is made at, we will be recruiting! - The recruitment process will be the following:

Register on our forum: www.gamersunited.co.uk

Create a topic in here and make sure you use the following template: This one!

Your application will then be reviewed by our Head Admins, Admins, Co-Owner and me.

Applications will be accepted up until the 13th. We will decide on the 13th who we will be accepting into recruitment.

Recruitment Status for applicants will then start on the 14th, and will last 1 week, ending on the 21st.

We will closely monitor any applicants and will decide on the 21st whether we will accept them into our team or not.

As you all know, We recently held an event called GU Downhill. It was our first official event within LFS and went very well! - We are currently working on GU Downhill Season #2. This includes creating our very own layout as well as upgrading our InSim.

We are also going to begin planning other events, however, we are not prepared to announce these yet.

Some of you may have noticed that we have recently closed our Drift & Drag servers. This is due to the fact that we are currently creating new InSims for both servers from scratch. I am personally helping with the development of these InSims with Rout and Squeeze. We will be sure to announce when the servers reopen.

We are also starting to open servers outside of Live For Speed. We have recently opened two drift servers on Assetto Corsa. We will also be opening some Trackday servers along with some Race servers. Information about the drift servers can be found on our forum, Here. - These drift servers will be part of our [GU-D] Division.

We also have plans on opening servers for games such as CS:GO, Garry's Mod, Minecraft and more. Information about this will come at a later time.

Good luck to everyone who decides to apply, if you want to apply but don't think you'll get accepted, apply anyway. We have no limit on the amount of people we want to accept, so it's literally just the case of if your application stands out, looks good and you look like you'll fit into our team, then you'll progress. Hey Guys,

Small update on how the open recruitment is going.

We've had 6 applications so far, which I definitely was not expecting. But, the more applications the better! If you have any questions, we're on hand to answer them at all times. I know personally that one or two people have said the application form is a little long, you have to bear in mind that we do operate outside of LFS and want to see where potential members can help improve our other games, but we will look at condensing the application form for the next recruitment period we do.

We want Gamers United to fulfil it's potential and we definitely can't do it without the great community that is the TC & whole LFS community, you guys definitely made our downhill the success that it was and we couldn't do what we do without you all.
