● Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban: Nearly 5 years since I was banned apparently for "Still showing a poor attitude..". I can assure you that my attitude has changed towards a lot of things. So whats the chance of getting unbanned after all this time & returning to TC.?

Hello Jon,

In the 5 years you've been gone, we've had hundreds of players join the server solely to ruin the gameplay experience for the common user. Despite that, none of them come close to the level of grief you caused prior to being removed.

Without going into public detail about the unforgivable, borderline criminal abuse you and another user targeted a third party with (which you luckily got a reduced ban for), none of the admins that were part of the team during your visits have forgotten your attitude and how difficult you were to deal with, especially leading up to the point where this ban was issued.

Every single server visit from you was a guarantee for confrontations, ultimately resulting in arguments. Regardless of the amount of proof from chat logs, URS reports or admins witnessing the incidents occur, any incident involving you was somebody else's fault and any attempt at reasoning with you was an exercise in futility and met with an impenetrable wall of disdain, arrogance and swearing.

You were old enough at the time of your ban to know better. Whilst you make a point of saying that you've matured or changed in the past 5 years, you say "apparently for still showing a poor attitude" (key word "apparently") in this very unban request, which seems that you don't really understand the reasoning behind your ban. Also, we haven't forgotten that you told us to go "*Removed* ourselves" during your last unsuccessful unban request.

After some consideration, we won't be lifting your ban now or ever.
