Description,

I was started a chase as a runner. After straight line i lost control a little bit and trying to get my car on the road properly, after that i see my chase cop in my mirror([GLOW] TIBE). At this time someone hit me rear right side. i left the gas and see Thomas was rammed me. im very suprised and shocked. I was tried to talk with him. Asked "why he did this". He answered to me , "if i dont move, or blocked their chase he can push me out of the way". Its totaly here to start this problem. ( i think he have room for safely pass)

I was tried to talk with Thomas and noticed BLITZ( TC Renegade) added himself to conversation. And they warned me like that " you cant aid the suspect or cop in chases","do you understand?". i didnt noticed "BLITZ" changed nickname to "TC Renegade" i just see. "Do you understand?" words.. and i asked im missed your question can you ask me again pls?. They thought im lying.

I wanted to talk to Renegade and used !tc command. I asked " Renegade, Are you busy?" he said "Sup". i asked "Sup to me?" he said yes. i've saved my mpr.

i want to introduce myself a little bit. Im very old in TC servers. Some of you guys know me i think. Im very sensetive and kindly driver. Im always care of sirens, im saying "sorry" all little contacts, little crashes. And im always send money for who im crushed into. I never warned from admins anytime. Never banned. Im very upset for this.

He starting a chase. After a few turns he interfere into chase. But he talks like he dont do this anytime of his life.

Im in this server since 2008. I know the rules. Im never block, hit, or push anyone without wrongly. Sorry for my bad english. Thank you.

All I noticed was that Thomas was reminding you that you cannot interfere with chases and that you should move or he would make you. I said to Thomas, to behave and that he wouldn't make you, I would do my job. I didn't notice any !move binds but at that point I should at that point have checked the replay. I simply stated the rules and said try not to interfere with chases. I then asked you if you understood. You didn't not to my knowledge ever try to explain what happened, or at least not that I noticed, and I never once called or implied that you were lying. You then asked for me in TC chat as you've stated above, you asked if I said "sup" to you, I did. But you then never said anything else to me.

The first replay.

I admit, my initial contact to you was rather harsh.

Looking at the replay, at the timestamp 40.19 I recall already giving you a !move as I could see(and remember from previous encounters) that you would be in the way.

At 40.28 when I am right beside you, you still hadn't made my attempt of slowing down, and you were only coming closer and closer to my vehicle, so I decided to direct your car out of my path.

Now the second replay.

I saw the suspect of the chase ahead coming to a stop on the side of the road, so I passed in a wide way around the chase.

I don't recall from that being given a !move from the chasing cop to show that I was in their way.

Hi,

Thanks for the report. I have mixed feelings on this if i'm honest.

On one hand, you should have seen "SIREN" pop-up on your screen before you entered into the left-hand turn, possibly giving you opportunity to move /react a little quicker.

That being said, the chase did approach you quickly, so the above may not have been shown in good time.

However, the fact Thomas intentionally pushed you out the way when he could have just driven past irritates me. Yes, he wasn't to know this was an innocent mistake, but hitting someone on the off-chance they are a rule-breaker and refusing to have a civil conversation afterwards isn't the way to go.

Also, when Renegade said "Sup": there may be a misunderstanding due to the language barrier, however this is equivalent to "what's up". I fear you may have thought he effectively replied "shut up"! I've spoken to him separately and that absolutely wasn't the case!

It should also be said that you have an extremely good history/URS based on your game-time here, so I have absolutely no concerns that this was an innocent mistake. However hopefully you'll be a little more aware of fast-approaching chases in future.

Lastly, it is seriously borderline whether Thomas receives a warning for this, however i'm sure he'll get the message and so i'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now.
