Date: 20/Oct/2017
Time: 12:00 PM GMT Time

Multiple users disrespected sirens. I cannot describe how disappointed I am in such behavior and such attitude these users have. Rules are rules, they need to slow down/avoid chases/sirens whenever possible. The chase was useless after all these reckless moves.

So, my opinion is. First at 2:00:00.
While the rules clearly say I can't overtake a chase in any situation and I know that, I still managed to do it since I found it much more dangerous from my point of view to stay behind the chase, which was on the side on the road going further very slow, not to drive like 30km/h on the Autobahn and get rear ended. I know I made a mistake, but don't find it report worthy.

The second time, at 2:03:51. If you go back to 2:01:50, you can see I was trying to make space between me and the chase, not to have to overtake it, by going right before the RB. I also don't find this report worthy, since in this case I also didn't touch anyone, and didn't actually cause danger while it's clear for me that I shouldn't do that.

I agree with Swift.

I made a decision that it was probably just safer to overtake the 30/40km/h chase because a few times previous when I would slow down for chase people just kept running into me.

It was a quick decision, perhaps the wrong one. If it was the wrong decision, fine, I know for next time.

But I overtake a chase once in my life for what I felt was a valid reason and I get reported for it? It seems a bit harsh.

Even in your evidence, I only passed the chase once and never again.

I apologize for any inconvenience (although I don't see any because I didn't hit anyone or cause anyone to swerve or similar) but you should try to at least talk to me before you report me.

There are almost 12 people reported here. I am not going to stop a +60km chase trying to talk to each individual alone when I see no respect for sirens.

I have nothing against anyone personally but anyone who disrespects sirens deserves such report.

i was also in chase and the behaviour of all drivers was a chain reaction the lack of disrespect from a lot of drivers was quite easily seen as few are senior mebers and should no better sweet talking and idividual speaking would not be clear as too many involved yet u all do the same thing and if chase annoys u on ab there is more than other plays to roam on map until finished chase has ended more and more get away with this behaviour and they know this this is unacceptable from all rules are there for a reason as quoted by rifo as such somthing should be done or this will keep happening yours faithfully ROBO

Yes indeed, it is against the rules and it is report worthy. There was no need for you to overtake, if someone would have rear ended you, it's their fault, not yours. You would have followed the rules and would force others to react in the same way. By overtaking a chase, you can cause a chain reaction making others follow you and essentially disrespect sirens and interfere with the chase.

Rules are rules, you disregarded the chase and carried on showing me you didn't really care about the chase as much as you claim you did.

That's still against rules, regardless of the circumstances. If someone would crash you, it's their fault as they failed to pay attention and caused an accident.

Just to clarify with you all, the following rule:

Rules Wrote:1.5. Stay away from chases.
Let suspects and cops pass and give them room for manoeuvring. Do not follow or overtake chases. If a chase gets closer, stay passive, slow down and wait until the situation is over.

Applies on the Autobahn regardless of the situation, you must stop and wait until it is safe for you to carry on. Do not follow the chases too closely, incase the chase comes a halt quickly.
