29:34: Launches over fence - this could be lag but not sure
31:57: I setup RB as there's no possible exit for him

I highly doubt he was using any "lag-switch". I saw him few times online on servers and his connection always was awful. I guess this time it wasn't better.

Incident at 29:34 was obviously caused by lag. He got hit from behind and his lag launched him over the fence.

About the incident with roadblock, it was quite weird. I think it was again caused by lag, but here I'm not that sure.

He has been banned today anyways, so he will be away for a while. I will add a note on his URS about this report just in case such weird situation will happen again.
