No surprise there.

You can't just pay the smaller amount to get amazon video, you have to pay the $100 per year for prime to get a show (here at least anyway)

The Show today was presentet from germany. Was a nice show (only Hammonds part in the end was a little bit too much in my optinion).

But they realy struggle with some geography Laugh

But I´m sure the Saarland will like the taxes from Daimler and Porsche (Saarland is not very rich Smile

) and the Austrians will enjoy their day at the beach. Biggrin

Oh and at first time i was confused, that there was a "Smog-Alarm" in Stuttgart. But then i understand...it wasn´t SMOG Alarm, it was Alarm for Fine Dust. But maybe I´m to Mayish now.

Overall the show is adapting and getting better. Very visually pleasing and the writing is coming around. There are some scenes that are obviously forced but they work through it!

My feelings about TGT are...complicate.

The last two episodes were very nice. Was like TG in the Series 08 - 16. Focus on the cars, some discussions (more or less important) around it and very funny things between them. And the important: Feeling not so scripted and exaggerated.

There are some very good things
The SMS thing on the Golf GTI was so funny, I must stop the film cause I laughted so much
The SUV Trip was very nice
The holy trinity are epic
The Eco cars are not only bad (but some things not so good)
Was not the best special, but it was one
The Intro is much better

But there are some episodes or films which are only stupid, unfunny and not worth it.
The whole episode with the militray thing (2nd) are rubbish.
Things that James May dont want to do are rubbish.
Celebraty Brain Crash are the most anoying and unfunny thing I´ve ever seen since 2nd episode (in first it was a funny slapstick, but only there).
The America is only anoying when he talks
Conversation street is not so nice and funny like "the news"
Maserati Rallye has so much potential...and they ruin it

To cut a long story: I´m a little bit disappointed but 1st Series of TG was rubbish too and it get better with the next series. So lets see in a few mouth.

I hope it´s this season more like Top Gear and they dont go so wrong like in most episodes of season 1. But I defnetly will watch it again. Thumbup

Kinda disappointed that they're no longer touring the tent. I liked the changing backdrop last season.

First episode was good, far better than most of last season. I like the idea of putting two celebrities up against each other, rather than just having one, or none at all...

For all TGT fans who didn't watch the last season of Top Gear, find it and watch it. It was brilliant.

Haven't liked the new TopGear, don't like LeBlanc or Chris Harris, the Rory guy is good though.

This first episode of TGT was awesome though!
