Basic training - CRT7
Training Information:
Took place on: 31/01/2018 Trainer(s) Present: Carl [T], Adrian [AS] Assistance Present: Angel [CA], Razz [CA] Lead Trainer: Carl [T] Good Points: Car control was good, reacted fairly well to suspect movement and managed a damaged car well. You performed some good PITs when given the chance. Improvements: Your maneuvers were ultimately too dangerous. You were rushing into PIT maneuvers without putting much thought into what could happen to yourself and the suspect. On one occasion, you failed to notice a barrier ahead whilst trying to perform a pit and you crashed into it. For the remainder of the chase you had major front end damage. Several PITs you made were miscalculated and you hit the door of the suspect on more than one occasion. To improve, you need to take more time to think about the surroundings. It's important to make sure any maneuver you're going to make, there is enough space for you to perform it. You then also need to take some more time to get the positioning of your car right to avoid you hitting suspects door. Like it was shown to you in the session, aim for the rear wheels. Door hits can be considered ramming, so please be more careful with that. Make sure any force you use against the suspect is tactical and won't cause excessive damage or endanger anybody. Make use of your map. If the suspect gets too far ahead, you can look at it to see the direction they are taking. In the chase you failed to notice that the suspect had turned left and you continued driving. Notes: Feel free to re-apply in 7 days. |
