Description of incident (inc date & time): Long story short, guy starts tailgating me at around at 51:16 constantly, then after that he kinda starts to help his friend by blocking me and minor hits on my car then on the last minute (around 53:10) he comes to me full speed and hits me really hard destroying my car.
