13:29 - While I was overtaking him, he steer on me and hit me. After that instead of braking, he was still accelerating and hit me again.
13:43 - I was writing to him and there was place to get around me, but hit me for the third time.

Hi,

Thanks for the report, as this user has some history for this sort of stuff they will receive a ban, it looks pretty clear that they turned into you and used "sorry" as an excuse, if that was the only thing it could probably be forgiven... However watching their reaction and the fact they purposely hit into you before even apologising coupled with the fact they was not going to talk along with their driving throughout made it obvious that they don't have any care for anyone but themselves.
