Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
- 18:08: he decides it would be a good idea to start drifting around the roundabout
going the wrong way

- 18:29: he leaves the roundabout going the wrong way into oncoming traffic

- 18:43: he cuts across into the left lane on the correct side, then pulls back into the
right lane blocking me

- 18:49: I try to pass in the left lane going into the corner but then he decides to
initiate a drift which forces me to swerve further into the corner to avoid him
upsetting my car and causing me to hit the barrier on the exit of the corner
- 19:02: he somehow decides this was all my fault and rams me at full throttle going
into the corner sending me oob and wrecking another car and disconnects right after
