Chase escape distance

Hey Admins! Just wanted to point that (I think) it’s unfair with the suspect to escape from the cops for more than 600 meters. That’s a lot and makes it almost impossible to escape from a chase. I think the a distance <400m is just fine and fair for cops and suspects.

There is no fixed distance, it's measured by time. The cop have to stay less than 10 seconds behind you to be considered "in contact". That way it automatically compensates for maps with different speeds.
