29:14 - User decided to U-Turn on Highway 1. Starting to WW. He hits into GT4TUBE Looks like he was assisting him with flipping vehicle. after he hit GT4Tube, he continued to WW. Hitting into Me & Near missing another user. He failed to apologise for this.

I attempted to resolve in-game, but got a !ch message saying he doesn't speak any English.

Hi,

The user was AFK when I come on to talk to him - I've left him a confirmable warning to let him know that he must be careful when towing other vehicles on the wrong side of the road and to say sorry if he does hit anyone.
