Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): I Wasn't involved but i'd gone past sparky a couple times, he was parked at the far side of the speedbump that was made by chuck in the server, partly on the yellow zig zag lines, which mean no parking. UbahZVT100 (Gajouli [TEK]) From 3:24:11 comes down the road at a normal pace, as he goes over the speedbump, he hits Sparky, who Gajouli hits, this then leads to Sparky chasing and then they have a massive discussion which can be seen in the replay.

I already told Sparky to not park there ingame and therefore the parking issue have been resolved.

Ramp have also been removed.
