Good Points: You initiated chase properly. You were able to keep up with suspect for the most part of training. Your car control was generally ok, as well as reactions. You performed some good PITs when given the chance.

Improvements: Some of your PITs were unsuccessful. Remember about all the advices you got during the training and try to apply them in chase.

Notes: I'm sure with a bit of practice you will be a decent cop.
