[Fix] Xbox 360 receiver dont pair after win10 update

Hey guys

This is not a question but this is a problem that popped up the for some the past couple of weeks with recent windows updates, where their Xbox 360 controller receiver doesn't pair up with the wireless controller, and here is a copy paste of the fix from reddit which worked for me perfectly.
