Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): Toms was speeding repeatedly, then turned on his sirens (visual sirens didnt pop up, and the chat message that he joined also didnt appear) and he started chasing the guy, who the other cop was chasing. As I mentioned, he has been speeding repeatedly, if I get more footage, I will edit this post to add the links. Timestamp - 51:41

Welp, was kinda expecting this from you, but didn't I discuss this with the fellow ingame TC members? - Oh yes I did, i even pay'ed Zero[COP] 300 Dollars as a ''Sorry'' For crashing into him, so, we aren't going to talk about you eavsdropping everything and worrying about yourself? Well, you should be worrying - https://imgur.com/vXAP37m - The picture is about me asking you to show me all the guide's for the [TOW] test, and you insisted I should just open all guides and learn from them while doing the license test. Good example for other people right? ( If needed, I am able to translate absolutely everything ) And you might want to know why i exchanged this info? It's because I already made peace with every player there, and i figured out some rules about [COP] which weren't mentioned - ( Not allowed to go 165km/h, thats speeding ( That wasn't written in the guide. But now I Know. )
And also, I am still in believe that the fellow Officer (Zero[COP]) requested backup, or I had the feeling to join the chase. But they were driving too fast, so I put on my sirens so i could get closer and press my bind for !join. I also believe that this wasn't in the guide. So, you all TC local members taught me a lesson. Which I had took in a very serious way. Funny Thing is, I learn from mistakes. Last time i joined the TC server, I had no conflicts as a [COP] because I did not let those mistakes happen once again. People make mistakes, and either fix them, forget them, or learn from them. I did both the first and last. I pay'ed the Officer I had distrubted (Zero[COP]) and both remembered I cannot let these mistakes happen again.
I might have wrote a lot, but, its all the info. At the moment when everybody was telling me I had made a mistake, I got kind of a scared sensation. So I didn't know what to do! ( This is normal for me, I have emocional problems in real life. ) So, was writing something wrong. I atleast remember that either I wrote something correct or wrong. So, thats my story. I've learn't from my mistakes, and I move on. And that's the most important, I understand that this mistake is a BIG mistake if I was a intermidatted [COP] yet, im a newbie. And I also understand if you wish to take my [COP] licenses off because. I should be knowing this things in common, but, if you really would wish to take them. Please, if you can, don't BAN me from having the licenses. Since im a growing organism with a brain which is fastly reproducting more inteligence.

told ya dint i pal hahahahahahahahaha i also have the vids of him speeding as cop and then using attitude to me before he disconnect if need it revoke his licence just like his med/res and as for folliwing a chse faster to join no u go at normal cop rule pace and click join it might not always be you that joins so speeding is pointless

ah yes, ~240h total since 2014 is nolifing LFS, recently I have played at least 4h of LFS every day, to get to 240h, I would do that in 60 or less days. I have most if not all TOW rules memorized. And I wouldn't recommend insulting ppl, because they replied to a thread.

Hello Latvian Video,

Toms has had his cop license revoked for 7 days for speeding as a cop when not in chase as well as failing to use strobes when in a chase.
