[Implemented] Diesel and Eletric XRG

Hello,

since TC already have the eletric and diesel version for XFG, can we have the eletric and diesel XRG version?

It would work as the current XFG car: if you own a XRG, you can drive those car variations/versions.

Make sense since we already have even FZ-E, XF-E, XR-E/D would be pretty useful too, also means more cargo, since rwd, more chassis, space than xfg, and a bigger car too.

Added. For now. But I'm uncertain about their future as they dont really add much.
