This might not be the outcome you want to hear, but i wont be taking any action other than issuing a warning. He did wrongside on the Autobahn, but he didnt really make any immediate danger. I know thats not the point, but he did say sorry to you, and when you threatened with a report, he did seem genuinely sorry.

However if it does happen again, further action will be taken.
