+ Abusive fining & ramming (Approved by Carl)

- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:
I slightly touched Spark's car as I didn't expect him to not accelerate after leaving his stop spot.
He decides to chase me for a reason a consider a bit petty and then straightly rams me as I stop for the lights turning yellow.

He fines me 150€, for causing an accident, which I considers to be petty for:
- Chasing me for a soever slight touch which I can't consider "causing an accident", especially given that you have to balance yourself at lower speeds with 2 wheels
- Ramming me off my bicycle before 45s

After telling that I would make a refund request, he donated me 75€, then what's the initial fine?
I fail to see the seriousness in that thought process.

Unrelated point to the fine: Spark could have parked in front of me and still be visible from behind (including the fact it's near traffic lights, drivers should be sensible around them), was that "that" of a dangerous spot to be in, instead of telling me to move in a spot I couldn't reach in less than 30s?
