oh okay, because ice12 account was stolen from me and i bought new account this scl0te, maybe there is exit or smth because its a fresh acc and i started play with this account 3days ago.

We have reason to believe your account will be used to ban evade the ban on 'ice12'. Claiming it got stolen from you is not a valid reason to get your account unlinked and unbanned, unless of course you have some solid proof of it being stolen.

Should you still have control over 'ice12', the best course of action is to submit an unban request on that account, to get the original ban looked at.

unfortunately, I don't have contact with her, all the data have been changed and I can't connect in any way. That is rreason why i buy new account. according to the IP, it can be seen that another person has started playing with ice12 account.

We have looked into this further. While there may be some truth to you not being in possession of 'ice12' anymore, it was still yourself that got that account permanently banned back then. This is based on matching IP logs and chatlogs, as well as nickname matches. For that reason, you would still be considered ban evading on 'Scl0te' to this day.

This unban request will be denied, but you are welcome to consider an unban appeal, if you wish to take this further.
