Few comments on this, I fail to see myself steering towards him, I am just stabilizing the moment before he runs me over, instead he is the one steering into me whilst accelerating. Plus the "you turn into me again" hardly makes sense since the incident he certainly refers to (below) wasn't caused by any steering of me, I just used !getup and was run over by him before I couldnt move anywhere.
Furthermore, he yet again considers the incident few weeks back was my fault which can be rewatched below too.

Context
Just a few weeks ago Freddy ran over me while I was on a bicycle already and failed to apologize aswell. Only after I involved an admin (must've been Ras, who certainly remembers the scene) he "kind of" apologized.
It would probably makes sense if Ras checks this out cause he probably didn't add it into Freddy's URS if it was just a verabl warning in the chat

Some time later (not on the replay anymore) Ras talked to him about it and explained Freddy while he was at fault and that he should apologize properly (not just an oops).
Please check the chatlogs for details, but it's pretty much relevant since today exactly the same happened again.

And yes, we certainly don't seem to get along well with each other, but while I (especially lately) try to avoid getting too close or getting in car contact with him I just got run over by him again and he feels like it's not even his fault and he's entitled to do so.

Although playfulness is sometimes okay between friends, in this situation it is clear Freddy and Dino do not have a friendly relationship. Freddy will receive an in-game confirmable warning only because he was verbally warned before about hitting you which should have made it clear to him not to hit you on purpose again.
