Goodbye to Howlin

Hello,

It is unfortunate that we must announce the departure of [TC]►Howlin◄ from the CityDriving team. He will remain a valued member of the [TC] Gaming team.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Howlin for his input and dedication during his time as an admin.
