07.25 :The user I'm chasing is accelerating from now on and jumping over the fences ahead

Since I'm a cop, I can't jeopardize the Traffic as I think the Suspect turns to any road, but the user gains advantage from Chasing without using the road.

The reason I'm accelerating is because I think it's empty (the map's bug).
