- unban (Unban Request Denied by BP)
Your LFS Username:ivorenzo
Time & Date of Incident:yesterday around 8 pm gmt Replay / Screenshot Link:not saved because i was banned offline Replay Timestamps:read above Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban:I think I deserve an unban because it was purely incidental that I caused a crash. First I got a uf1 restriction, after that I left the game because I was bored of driving. After leaving the game I saw that I was banned. I think it was unfair, because the ban was done in the heat of the moment, after a chase. In my point of view, I accelerated to a high speed, then I saw the sirens pop up inmy screen. I started to brake but it was a little to late and I crashed into BP while he was in a chase, causing him to crash, but not lose the chase. That's why I think I deserve an unban, because the crash was on accident and I said sorry immediately after crashing into the cop, also paying him for the damages with !sorry. |

RE: unban
You drove full speed through red traffic lights and collided with a chase.
You have recently been punished a number of times for similar things. It is good that you apologised, but these crashes shouldn't be happening in the first place. Especially after you've received punishments for similar crashes already. |

RE: unban
I understand that it appears that I was going full speed, but in the moment I saw it as the usual cruise, without any chases, and I thought that I saw that there were no people on the intersection, so I continued to drive forwards. I only saw the sirens right at the intersection, and as soon as I did, I started braking. I understand my previous history, it has been rough, but if I get an unban I promise to improve my behaviour and continue to be more cautious around busy intersections and roads. Thank you for consideration.

RE: unban
Just to clarify one point: in your unban request, you claim that you paid compensation. I'd like to tell you that you did not. You did not even type any command. This wouldn't have made much difference anyway, but I do think it's important to get facts correct when submitting an unban request.
Here is a chatlog of the events. I trust that you don't need to see the replay, as you already know what happened: Quote:2023-07-28 19:09:14 One (Sydney) Boypower * EVERYONE * [TC]›BP‹[VCU] : evor - please be more careful moving forward. rules apply While you certainly did apologise immediately (which is really the bare minimum), your other messages (as well as you leaving the server immediately after the restriction) paint a clear picture of your attitude. It feels like you think that saying "sorry" will absolve you of any further responsibility. Sometimes that's the case. But not when you are repeating the same behaviour literally every time you visit the server. You have received many actions over the past few months, ranging from short bans, to long bans, to restrictions, to warnings. You were even restricted for red light crashing 3 times in one day. You need to remember that you are playing with other people. This isn't singleplayer. Improve or the bans will get longer each time, until you're eventually permanently excluded from the community. Thanks, BP |
