Fwank behavior is silly and childish using words that make no one comfortable during chases Especially me I've Ignored him in-game Instead of getting into a toxic conversation with fwank. I had to report it to avoid getting annoyed later on

16:47:-->Fwanky: Laughing at me after my chase ends
17:20:--> Fwanky says: ez after losing the chase
1:01:28:--> Fwanky says: noob uturns
1:53:35:--> Fwanky: Laughing at me after losing the chase
1:53:50:--> Fwanky says: ez after losing the chase (Strangely, he waited the whole 90 minutes of the chase just to say it and left after that)

I don't think saying "ez" after 90+ minutes chase is an opinion, it's more like harassing comment targeting me.

k3s was the only cop left in the chase with not much damage and cold tyres at the end after 90+ mins

it was ez for him so this is why i said it

all i see here is someone just clearly bitter that they lost a chase.

It's not a joke to be annoyed every time I join a chase, especially when he says 'noob' or ez' There is something frustrating about it

While taunting can go beyond acceptable levels, it is not the case in this instance. If Frank bothers you that much, don't chase him.
