In my opinion, first, I didnt cause the accident, because he crashed with me for tailgating. Moreover, who tailgates more is the own cop, selzski, not "! noob". Second, I agree that I shouldn't stopped there, but responsability is shared then, it is not the maximum fine. I think that when he is one of the cops, that, when he fines a bus, he applies automatically the maximum fine as he can because buses can't chase and must pay necessarily (the rule itself is an abuse, for instance, If I'm a cop, then I try to look for the maximum fine, almost always "causing an accident" or "careless driving" instead of "passing traffic lights" and I put the maximum fine as possible). |

Hi,
Very sorry for the delay, there are no excuses for it to take this long. I simply forgot. Now for the refund request.. You were liable to be fined, but not for this reason to be honest. If it ended up being a dangerous driving fine I would allow it, but I don't think you were the cause of this accident here. You will be refunded the full 300 euros that you were fined, but please drive more considerately in such a big vehicle next time! Refund Request Approved
