Suggested values:
Price: 19,500€ (@ 50% restriction) or 21,700€ (@ 40% restriction - price based off of the SOON VPI-3 mod, which is faster and costs 24,000€)
Income: +3€ (for both values of restriction - same with the afromentioned SOON VPI-3)
Cargo capacity: 250kg ( // )
Remarks: This mod is forced with 50% restriction in the servers. With this restriction applied it's very similar to the FXO in terms of raw performance, I was in a chase with Adrian (as a COP) in the FXO and the both of us stayed at a similar distance from eachother for most of the chase.

I did 1 lap (on the hot-lapping mode - sure it's not 100% scientific!!11!1) with the mod @ 40% res, @ 50% res and the FXO @ Blackwood (BL1):
The 50% res had a lap time of 1:26.42, the FXO had a time of 1:25.85, the 40% did the lap in 1:23:59. Maybe this mod could be allowed with 40% res in the server? (I tested this because I was curious about its performance compared with the FXO. Feel free to test it your way) It doesn't really make the mod extremely strong (albeit has 618 Nm of peak torque), it could be an interesting mod to be used in the servers.
