Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): The minutes and seconds of the event are all included in the mpr. So, during the time I was receiving MPR, people were buying bicycles and making money in the area where the speed limit is 50. They told me this was prohibited. I came across this recording by chance. I bought mpr to report Scawen in-game crashes.

In summary, the person whose name is mentioned throughout the mpr and his friend next to him are constantly making money. As I said, the event time is all within the mpr. They perform the same movements from beginning to end.
Edit: This is where I became suspicious of bot usage. Watch from 31:10. You can understand the abnormality in its wheels and wheels.
