he didnt know i knew his password and I changed it.
after the server got banned, i made a forum user with his username


so he dont know it yet, and he had said he is going to playa gain

Well that's not my problem, you admitted that you can access his account, you admitted you've changed his password. So as long as you have access to that account, it will remain banned.
