- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:
fine too high for bike fall (100$ - dangerous driving).

10:50:42- you are going above the 120 speed limit at 204
10:52:42- nearing the intersection i was at, you were going 230 above the 120 speed limit
11:00:26- you brake too hard at 200km/hr and this causes your bike to lift and crash at 11:01:78 (note at this point you are still above speed limit)

while crashed, you blow past me at the intersection while im stopped and could've crashed onto me
11:04:84- due to your initial crash ( caused by excessive speeding) you hit the barrier which could've cause another accident

i know bikes are relatively small as compared to cars but they can cause great damage to other players when crashed just as cars and it doesn't help the situation that you were speeding. I initially stopped you for crashing and a near miss on me i was going to give you a warning but you were not remorseful of your actions neither did you acknowledge you were at fault that's why i ended up fining you. Moreover, the starting fine for dangerous driving is $100.

I didn't know you had a laser at the back of your car. How did you determine my speed?

liar, you instantly fine me $100 without even an explanation. i said, i will report u if u fine me 100$, then u canceled chase, chase me again and wrote "I wanted to give you a warning"

its not about money, u just farming money for the COP using high fine every time...
If no one report you, you will continue to high fines all server

The fine is indeed wrong. atsvetkov did not endanger anyone, so a Dangerous driving fine should not be issued.

Those two timestamps are irrelevant, because COPs can ONLY start chases for offences they witness from their car. (except speeding, if they were already !laser'ed by someone else, and I don't think that was the case here)


kaelo_fx will be fined 100€, and it will be returned to atsvetkov.
