Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): He accused me of reckless driving, then fined me for dangerous driving (125€), nothing i did was dangerous, i was just overtaking on wrong way in the highway while it was totally empty so it was safe. it all started from the timestamp 22:00.00

Description of your conversation with this user(s) about their conduct, including their reaction to your messages: i asked him what was dangerous, and he told me that i was going on the wrong lane. Also accused me of speeding while he didnt even !laser me. He was just assuming.

I also got a question: should i make a separate post on the refund thread to get refunded, or it can be done just with this report.

Well, allthough i didn't !laser you, i didn't issued a ticket for speeding. I issued a ticket for dangeourus driving, which i founded, after u was going in the wrong lane. After that, you was threatening me with report and all theese things. After that, i was going 120km/h, and your friend with FZ was coming into my lane on purpose, and after i rammed him because i didn't reacted in time, all of you was starting to say that i rammed that guy on purpose....toxic.

The cop cannot fine you for speeding, as there was no !laser reading, in spite of you clearly speeding on the overtake.

You overtook 2 cars who were going above the speeding limit already (I will get to that in a second) on the wrong-side of a highway, on the other side of the road, clearly marked by hard barriers. There was no traffic coming. With this considered, I believe a careless driving fine of up to 100e would have been acceptable, when risks and speed are considered. You will be refunded 25e, to make up the difference between a careless and dangerous driving fine, as dangerous driving implies people are at a significant risk of a crash.

Nopixel211 will receive a warning for 2x jumping red lights as a police officer and speeding above the limit but 2-5mph at multiple points in the replay. If further instances of this occur, this user's cop licence may be suspended or revoked. They will be reminded about the fine structure.
