Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): 6:10: While driving at 260 kilometers per hour on the highway, Smokey slowed down to 160 kilometers per hour before accelerating again. Despite clearly seeing that the road was ending and that we were moving very slowly, he increased his speed, indicating that this was not an accident. Even though there was sufficient braking distance, he chose to accelerate further instead of slowing down and deliberately crashed into me.

7:20: As the road narrowed at the pit exit, despite the other officer and I slowing down, Smokey rapidly closed the gap from behind. Instead of braking, he kept accelerating until the last moment, steering toward my direction and crashing into the rear of my vehicle at approximately 140 kilometers per hour. Even though there was enough braking distance, he did not apply the brakes until the moment of impact.

8:00: Finally, despite me nearly coming to a complete stop, he accelerated and crashed directly into the rear of my vehicle. This is not a pit maneuver.

In all three scenarios, it is very clear that he was not attempting a pit maneuver; in each case, he crashed directly into the rear of the vehicle at very high speeds. (And while this is not the subject of my complaint, I want to highlight his extremely reckless and dangerous driving style—at 4:05, he caused an accident with a motorcyclist driving in the opposite lane.)

first of all i did apologise about the crash at highway 1 that was completely my fault my replay stash was out of space and my pc froze for a sec, when it got recovered i realised that it was too late so it was either hit u or the cop, i coudlve refunded the money or let yu pit stop if u wouldve talked to me about this, but since you decided to ram me in pit entry out of nowhere in the begining of the chase and tried it again at pit exit towards the end of the chase i didnt even try to talk to you when the chase ended, and apparently after conversation with some users you seem to do have a bad history with ramming cops for no reason, as for the crash with onur we both were kinda going over the white line which explaains why the incident took place and i did apologise for that.

I don't know who you've been talking to, but I have no history like that. I guess your computer must be freezing a lot because you hit me from behind very fast three times. And I apologize for the crash at the beginning of the chase. As noticed in the MPR, my ping was very high at that moment, and it can be seen that my car was teleporting back and forth due to lag.

that is correct you were lagging thats why you felt like all my pits were rams, the only time i was at fault is at first when i tapped your back and that wasnt on purpose you were too slow on that corner you kept braking while i was ready to accelerate and when my pc froze which in both cases i said sorry too, but thats not a reason for you to take matters into your own hands and ram me after it twice. As i said man this could have been avoided if u just mentioned it i wouldve happily refunded the money to you but you decided to drag this on the forum without even talking to me

Even if it was due to lag, as you claim, what you did wasn’t a pit maneuver. You directly hit the back of my car.

Hello,
Thankyou for reporting, I read through the comments from both of you after i watched
the whole replay, but here are my notes about this:

02:30 - Smokey drives into back of Nikbon on HW1, This was a mistake, as Nikbon did slow down a lot more than needed for the corner, should have still slowed down enough though, Smokey says Sorry, After this there's a good PIT and then Smokey tries to pin against wall, Smokey is doing this lightly, but due to the objects it causes damage.

03:40 - Nikbon rams Smokey from behind at full acceleration, this was intentional, although Nikbon apologises its clearly on purpose, no attempt to avoid, aiming straight for Smokey.

06:05 - Rak is slowing Nikbon down at end of HW1, Smokey slows but then accelerates into back of Nikbon, Smokey didn't try and even slow for the corner properly here at speeds they were going Smokey would of ended up in sand/barrier. Smokey did apologise.

07:20 - In Pits, Smokey is behind Nikbon and Rak, A user comes from the side almost hitting Smokey who swerves to avoid, meanwhile Nikbon looses control of own car. Smokey sees Nikbon in front of him, Smokey is distracted by other user, but does try to brake in time, does apologise.

07:40 - Smokey goes for PIT, but Nikbon evades, little contact to front of car, Then Nikbon fully accelerates into Smokey Ramming them.

08:00 - Smokey rams into back of Nikbon who is slowing almost stopped, It looks like Lag is involved here as Nikbon's car moves further than it should. But this is still a ram.

Overall was a poor chase, If any players has connection issues/major bugs which cause stuttering/cars jumping around its best to leave chase to not cause any issues.

After reviewing the footage and looking at both URS records here is what I'm going to do.

Smokey, Will be given a 7 Day ban along with Cop rights revoked which will mean they will need to do training to get them back.

Nikbon, Will also be given a 7 Day ban for Revenge ramming Smokey.
