But it was closed because my friend did not have any mpr. I have now reached the MPR of the incident and will explain it to you.
1.26.21.07-kaan2300m He crashes into another player from the opposite lane. SusKun068 starts chasing him.
1.26.59.50-kaan2300m is making a pit-stop in a narrow space. SusKun068 parks there because he can't fit his car in the narrow space. In order not to endanger the road. The pitstop takes a long time and Suskun068 gives him a ticket worth 60 cash, which is automatically paid before the pitstop is over.
1.27.39.00-pitstop ends and the fine has been paid. kaan2300m hits SusKun068 hard. SusKun068 continues on his way because the fine has already been paid. After this moment, kaan2300m starts swearing at suskun068 on the turkey channel.
1.29.16.12-kaan2300m intentionally hits the COP parked on the side of the road. By force. He says sorry mb and continues on his way.

In my opinion, such toxic users should be reduced. They also disturb the peace of the people on the server. As far as I remember, kaan2300m had a warning before due to such incidents.

This crash looks unintentional, probably just being careless. Kaan apologized.
