2:40:43:00 - He tailgates me and after that, he steers into my car and rams my car.

He firstly said: "I think left lane is for fast moving vehicles"

I replied with: "does the rule say "ram the slow car in left lane" ?"

Then he sarcasticly replied with: "I think it says go slow in the left lane hhhhh"

After I said "tc rules doesn't say such a thing, but ramming is forbidden for sure"

Then he said "I don't recommend driving slowly in the left lane not everyone has the initiative like me" and the conversation ended here.

TLDR : I tried to explain him that he cannot ram the slower car in left lane but he denied that.

First of all, in this case, I am driving with 200+ speed from the left lane (as it should be) with my n5 vehicle, the person making the complaint blocks my overtaking lane by going slow even though the right lane is empty in the overtaking lane, we have an accident by not letting me pass and here I explain to my friend that the left lane is the acceleration lane.However, after this accident, the complainant stubbornly drove in the left lane, even though the right lane was empty.
I will provide the necessary evidence if requested.

Your friend passed me on the "right lane". But instead of doing that, you "rammed" and "crashed" to my car. And as you explained, after this accident you and your team were tailgating me deliberately. And also, you guys caused a crash when i was slowing down for a chase which happened after i saved the mpr file. If you could've keep'd your ego to yourself, this wouldn't have happened.

Which rule says to pass in the right lane, I have not seen such an article, I do not understand why I have to pass in the right lane because you will proceed in the left lane. I suggest you to search on the internet what the left lane is for. if we follow your logic, all vehicle drivers should drive in the left lane and drivers who want to go fast should drive in the right lane.

Which rule says left lane is only for speeders? He is going speed limits i see nothing wrong here on Fears side however you dont have an excuse to crash into him. While we were cruising together you also steered right infront of me to tailgate him, almost made me crash aswell.
