Adding the part outside of Corby ring to cruise area

Okay very quick, today I was in a chase on Corby, and I drove into the tunnel that leads to the part that's just outside the ring. I got told by insim that I should return to cruise area, eventhough this is clearly also part of the cruise area, since it's normal road. I'm assuming this warning/autobust isn't done intentional at this area but maybe rather to prevent people from staying in chase when they are sent OOB or something. However I strongly feel this area here should also be added to the cruise area.
If not, then maybe block this whole area off so people don't go there accidentely during chase.

No poll, because this should be pretty obvious, and is more like a bug report.

I think this was purposely done because there is no outlet to this section, multiple cops can just block the tunnel, etc. been like this since the introduction of corby to the rotation.

This place already seems off the map. Suspect should think about that. I think the should stay.

Also add a ramp to the outter dirt road outside ring make it usable thanks

There is nothing beyond that, a bus stop would just create an inconvenient route for bussing, assuming the bus even fits in the tunnels, you would have to turn around to go back since there is no outlet.
