Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban:When I was running away from the police, I had to pass the spark admin because I had to do this to escape the police, so I moved from the right side of the spark admin to the left side and I never touched or hit him and I apologized for it, but Spark first kicked me and then banned me.

Hi, You were initially kicked for overtaking me while I was involved in a chase infront of you, therefore interfered with my chase. Upon your return I had spotted that you were also previously warned regarding following chases and other incidents involving chases. You were made aware that such actions are against the rules plenty of times before and yet again we see a similar image.

You are saying ''I had to do this to escape the police'', this is not the correct mindset to have. Rules are there for all to follow regardless if you are in a chase or not yourself. Just because you are in a chase, you must always think about others on the server who are there to have a little fun and enjoy themselves on the server. You didn't have to do this, what you had to do was to slow down and wait until the chase infront of you either went another way or go another direction yourself when it was clear to do so.

Rule Wrote:1.5 Stay away from chases.
1.5.a Let suspects and cops pass and give them room for manoeuvring.
1.5.b Do not follow or overtake chases.
1.5.c If a chase gets closer, stay passive, slow down and wait until the situation is over.

The ban itself is for 3 days, you have received enough previous warnings, as far as I can see, you are not fully comprehending the seriousness of the rule so the ban will remain in place. Within this time, I'd like to advise you to please read over our rules carefully as repeat offences will result in harsher punishments.
