Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban: On the day of the incident, that is, on the night of 27/02/2025, I thought I passed safely in the police chase at night, whereupon the admin gave me a warning and asked me to confirm that I would not do it again, and I confirmed it, and I did not even enter the game after this incident, but I was banned despite this, I request that my ban be lifted.

As explained in your in-game warning, overtaking chases is forbidden and should not be done under any circumstances. The fact that you said you thought it was safe or not to overtake shows your unfamiliarity with the rules.

You have a very loaded URS history. Many warnings and punishments were issued but no improvement has been seen. I am leaving this request open for a few more hours for a reply from you, but I'm willing to deny it unless you give me a good explanation/reason to unban you.
