Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban: I wanted to play on tc city 2 server to finish the uf1 penalty I received because I didn't want to cause another accident as server 1 was overcrowded. When I started driving I steadied the throttle slowly and was cruising, but the consequence of not cruising slowly is Rule 1.10 Do not take advantage of any bug in LFS or InSim or act in any way that would give an unfair advantage or unfair gain. therefore i was banned
I didn't take advantage of any mistakes that InSim could overcome or act in any way that would lead to an unfair advantage or unfair gain, I just kept the throttle steady and slow, and I was constantly following the game, so I think I was unfairly banned

You come to server one and ask me about your punishment, then request for it to be reduced. You then disconnect after that conversation and immediately go to server two. Due to the amount of people using bot scripts or un-attentive driving habits to bypass admin imposed restrictions, I thought to check what was occuring.

Your car was just gently accelerating into a barrier and the physics were just bouncing you back and you continued driving into it. When you noticed I had joined the server, your car stopped doing that and moved away from the barrier, then you disconnected randomly.

Within a few moments you attempt to join server one again. At this point you were banned under rule
1.10
1.10.b Don't try to cheat or abuse the system.

You then DM on discord and say

If you have to join an EMPTY server just to avoid going in the opposite direction and causing accidents, then there is a much bigger problem here. But the issue still stands, your car was driving unattentively into a barrier and only stopped when I joined.

when the car got stuck in the barrier the time didn't rewind because the car had stopped and I was following the game at the time, then when I took my car out of the barrier and kept driving the time started again.

In the case of leaving the server, probably someone complained about me and you came to watch me, I left the server to avoid further misunderstanding and yet you banned me directly from server 2.


I apologize for what happened but I had no such intention, I had already been penalized 240 minutes, I just wanted to steady the throttle on a straight road and take it slow.

Return to the server, drive normally on the correct side of the road and don't cause unnecessary accidents. We know what you were doing, let it be a reminder it is not acceptable.
