1:01:27 -crashed a parking cop. not saying sorry or taking care of the approaching chase
1:01:53 -looks like he's aiming for me nor does he uses his breaks or tries to avoid me.

I was chasing ghost-rider down the road when he crashed into the side so i had to slow down.
Now -BOW- J.Rantala approaches from behind and hits me at full speed and in my view he didn't tried brake at all...he just driving at full throttle never tried to avoid. At least he should have slowed then fir siren...even thou he was getting chased too.

As I seen him apologise just after when he parks up, I'll give him a warning and if he does anything like this again then he will be banned for it.
