Logitech Profiler Supports Non Logitech?

As the title suggests, im looking into making a button box for my upcoming rig...

Im wondering if you can use non logitech gamepad controllers with the support from the Logitech Profiler software? I cant try this myself as i havent got any other controllers.

Would appreciate it anyone knew

No. You can use another controller at the same time, but the Logitech profiler will only work with Logitech controllers.

You can cobble together limited profiler-like behaviour with things like Glovepie and (I think) gamemaker, but they won't be able to change settings, only add behaviour like macros.
