[ADDON] Car Sound Remixer

iam using this great addon some about 2mouths and now i cant drive without this cuz sound of all cars are so real.. best is maybe LX6. (u can use this addon and change sound ingame with ctrl + a for more realistic or other sound)

I tried it before, but didnt really get it in line with the game. (As in, you could clearly hear the difference in timing of LFS itself, and the program)

u must give program (Car sound remixer) higher priority (than normal) in em em (ctrl + alt + del) proceses of windows? (sorry dont know how to say it right :-/ ) For me it work but some car have rly poor engine sound (Fz5 for example) so all what i did turned off engine sound. But i still love it. Best for me is LX6 its absolutly awesome driving with this sounds

Bill any chance you can give me a run down of how to download it? As im sure you have to change some files around etc in order for it to work.

You only have to read the readme_eng.txt file, it explains it all

Anyhow:

Change this in the cfg file located in the root folder of LFS:

Its an old program, but a very great one. I'll use it, but not for engine sounds, cuz it sucks. But for all other noises like braking, turbo, fuel warning, wind, and such..

Don't suppose someone could be so kind and set it up for me. Ive tried following the steps with downloading all the correct folders however it just doesn't play any different sound. No idea what im doing wrong.

I love those skid sounds too, Novak, better than the ones I got.

If anyone wants some extra sounds such as the turning signals, and use other OutGauge apps as well, use this Python script. Requires Python 2.6

Nice sounds, I still use this. But what is the sound meant to be for that sounds like a quick squeak off a dj turntable? (1:27 after the dump valve sound)

That's the sys message's sound, for an example when people make a pitstop and such.

Alot of my textures are private, some created by me, and some by others. Some are public, but ain't possible to get anymore. Altough, im planning on release big parts of it in the future. Havn't taken the time to work with it yet.
