it is no joke, nor a fake. They were only able to land on 31R due to heavy crosswinds (62,968 km/h or 34 Knots). The controller wanted them to land on 22L, which just wasn't possible for the pilot. He warned the controller 3 times to give them 31R, he didn't. So the pilot declared an emergency, got everybody moved out of his way and were allowed to land on 31R. The FAA ofc. started investigations
