~ 8:23.XX - Watch from here, you will see he braked for traffic ahead, continued dangerously to pass the chase ahead, then accelerated and started to overtake very dangerously my chase, causing contact between his and Make's cars, and crashing into our suspect. No apologies, very regardless and negative attitude when I asked about it, and even lied about it.

Disrespecting sirens, dangerous driving within chase, causing accident(s) without apologizing due to it. Negative attitude about it, won't admit anything was his fault.
