NOTICE: I am aware this will get shot down INSTANTLY, not only because Tommer said it, but because I'm also posting it...

Tommer said HwA might aswell be made public. Someone suggest it on the forums, I can't because I get stabbed in the back by things I've done in the past.

And here I am, somehow. In a way, he has a point. HwA can do all the things COP can do in the new InSim, I think the only thing that serparates them is Blue Light Runs, skins and having to leave a chase immediately. What is the point of keeping them reserved for [TC]?

Actually the reason I said it's a shame HwA is not a public thing is because people are using the RES and MED tag's for the role of 'safety car' with the use of caution and hazard which is pretty much the role of HwA

And hush I didn't mean that like that xD I just knew I'd made alot of suggestions recently and ppl get fed up of seeing me posting I know that HwA is one of the things that make TC Exclusive too and that's another reason why I was hesitant to suggest such a thing

HwA has always been a perk of being a TC, it's not particularly useful but is fun from time to time. It's something I'm pretty sure the team wants to keep as a special tag for being a [TC] member.

It also has one or two uses (mostly to do with layouts) that would be pointless for the general public, but would be confusing if TC could do it but noone else.
HwA also has a bit more freedom and subtlety than other roles, that would be almost impossible to regulate for non-TC members.
