I do not know whether I can still see clearly or whether here something does not run so quite right.

But how this can be. The abovementioned user lysbakken only one short Ban has got and this although he became At the same time from 3 other users Reportet.

I understand and to me is aware that the other Reporst do not deal with this here. Only how high the tolerance should be then still. Some get for a small crash on the parking area already a longer Ban.

To me this is consciously the player is new. But he had made in my opinion mistake they are unpardonable. He had to my opinion enough time himself in 3 other reports as well as here announce or to excuse. He also had to read to enough time in the meantime the rules and to know.

Is it possibly this an Admin with a higher rank itself to the thing accepts and is possible to inform me about it why in my opinion so little is traded?

Ok, you need to realize that you are not an admin. We have more information about users than you do, and you cannot make judgments or recommendations, everybody is looked at with an unbiased light. The user in question had absolutely no record, and he was new and unaware of the rules. With that in mind, he was purposely causing problems for other users and has been punished, now that he has a record, if he was to do the same in the future, he would receive a longer ban. We do not just ban people, we go off of the severity of the event and reference it to their experience and record. If you still have a problem with my admining, feel free to send off a message to management. They will be happy to help you.

ErgaMafia will receive a warning for insulting you and not speaking English in the public chat, and as stated, lysbakken has received a 2-day ban for his actions in these reports.
