Just a quick one, I was with [ER]>Chill<[MED] at the time responding to a tow, and I was hit by Seven who was wrongsiding. He failed to acknowledge the fact that he'd caused the crash and failed to say sorry. I told him I'd check the replay, and even after saying it wasn't my fault, he just said 'whatever'. I understand that Orange said that we were both in the middle of the road (no offence orange) but it is clear I wasn't.

Hardly something to report about...

A) It wasn't intentional.
B) After you finished watching the replay Orange continuously said in TeamSpeak that it was both our faults and I accepted that conclusion.
C) I did go wrongside yes, but I steered to the corerct side, unfortunately not fast enough before the incident.
D) I said ''Whatever man'' as an oppertunity to both of us to just get on. It happened and a conclusion had been made.

So I guess you could report my attitude, but I don't see the crash as meaningful. I apologise if you thought it was a serious incident but IMO, it was hardly a head-on obvious deliberate crash. It was an accident and accidents happen.

Yep, I shouldn't have said what I said after the incident, from my view I clearly got the wrong idea. We were both doing near enough 90mph so it wasn't possible to properly prevent the accident. It was just a scrape, your car was practically fine. I got the worse end of it

Hope we can drop this case.

Spoken to Luke via Forum PM. He is happy with the case being dropped.

Although I have not properly analysed the replay, no action will be taken due to the aforesaid.
