I was at 21/02/2013, 18:00 banned by Crille, because i wanted to overtake a slow car chase. The Problem is, that i was in a chase to and i didnt want to lose my lead of ca. 150-200 meters.
I didnt check, that there is another chase infront of me, befor i turned in this street. One of the chasers in front of me pushed me off instead of letting me pass and depend my own chasers.
(there was a upcomming gap between the nearly standing cars)

My chaseduration was more than 5 minutes at this moment and I had 3 or more police cars behind me.
Crille banished me while a 10-minutes-chase without a new pre-warning immediately.

I was unfortunately to stupid to save the replay.

I hope you remove the bann.

The chatlog shows that you were indeed in a chase when you were banned. See below.

   

Although our rules state that users must stay clear of chases, we realise that it may not be possible for 2 chases to meet without this happening.

If 2 chases meet, they are to use caution and common sense and may pass if done safely. Crille has noted in the URS entry that you hit one of the cops in his chase. This may mean that he banned you because you didn't take into consideration the other chase and simply went in too fast and caused a crash with the other chase.

For now, we will wait for Crille to put across his view.

Alright this is what I saw from my view:

I noticed that you was to close to our chase for us to be able to manouver safely in case of the suspect stoping/crashing/u-turning so I used my bind "Keep distance to chases! If you dont kick/ban is possible". You failed to do this, and as you were getting very close [GLOW]Ron[COP] spun out directly infront of where you thought you could pass. At that time I had started turning right to block you off which caused you to sideswap me and then hit [GLOW]Ron[COP]. Even if you and I hadn't made contact you still wouldn't have been able to avoid a collision with [GLOW]Ron[COP]. I then did my bind a second time with your name included.

Me and [GLOW]Ron[COP] continued to go down HW1 and you followed and as we went under the bridge you kept way to close to [GLOW]Ron[COP] for him to safely stop if needed and then at the roundabout you split off.

Due to that earlier you have been given a warning and a kick for not keeping distance to chases I enforced a ban due to you failing to keep a safe distance to a chase and failing to overtake safely.

I can only tell again, that i recognised your chase at this moment i turned in the start-finish straight and every way was blocked (pit entrence, and normal road. left side is a barrier so i cant swap to other side of the road. i saw this gap and wanted to use them. i didnt want to ruin my car, so i think i wasnt much faster then the guy infront of me.
Its definitely right, that i stay very close behind your chase but i didnt try to overtake the xrt with my fz5 because i planned to leave your chase on the roundabout, because i didnt want to get trouble.

Edit:
And i didnt caused a crash. they crashed infront of me. i only scratch the xrt (i dont know, maybe it was Ron), because he wanted to push me away. I think he didnt like my idea to overtake or he didnt see my car or whatever.
There wasnt a crash between us.

Already at Archway you would have seen the sirens on your screen. After Archway you have the option to go left or straight, you continued straight on following us. When aproaching the beginning for HW1 you couldn't have missed the sirens on your screen. You could have gone onto the other side of the road(which if you had checked the map was clear all the way to the Roundabout) or made a u-turn or just let go off the throttle for a few sec to allow the pit entry to get clear for you to enter.

Yes you did not pass the XRT but as you went under the bridge you where way to close to him. If our suspect had stopped just after going under the bridge Ron would have braked and you would have slammed right into him.

You made contact with Ron at 80km/h and that sent him flying a few meters which is more then just a scratch. As I mentioned, you first hade a sideswipe with me and then went into Ron but you still would have hit Ron hadn't I been there.

I will not give you an unban. However the TC management's decission may be diffrent from mine so keep checking this thread to see their verdict on my action taken against you.

I came from Hillcrest Avenue:
I looked at the map which way would make more sense. Its possible thaz there were your signals on left side of the screen, but I have not paid attention to it because I thought it would be mine.
So I turn into the station boulevard
I looked at the map where are my chasers
I turned onto Highway 1. Then I realized what happened to me.
so i only followed you on the highway!

There was 3 cars.
One was blocking pitstop entrence. (Ron?) if this guy was Ron (it had to be ron, because the pursued car otherwise would have gone in the other direction), then is your statement wrong.

You was infront of me and the pursued infront of you and i like slalom

There was nobody flying away...reasons:
-I brake down because i want to pass the second car to and i cant do this when i am to fast... but after your push away Ron was infront of me
-I do not lose much time on my chasers, as would be like if there would be a big accident
-My car was still not broken after this.

... Really...
At the end someone could say: you have disturbed my chase more than I do to yours.
in any case, since you banned me because of base motives.

Just to add to my previous post (sorry for the delay), I see nothing wrong with Crille's decision - certainly nothing that I would need to overrule.

I will leave the final decision about your ban up to him.
