I understand the user tried to dodge my suspect, but he does hit me. I think a simple apology would have done the job, regardless of if he tried to dodge.

Well, I see it in a different perspective. I see that your suspect should've made the apology since he was the one causing the crash. The apology should come from the party who caused the crashed even if that party wasn't physically involved in the crash. I see that kmiecioo is not guilty in this case.
