Selling Cars Idea

Hello .
My idea is that when a player wants to sell one of his cars to another player , he just go to home menu and sets his car to available to sell , then when the buyer types !buy VIN of the car , a message show up to the seller and ask for permission to sell the car , if the seller agrees the car and the money will be automaticly sent . so we can avoid the people that receive the money and don't want to give the car .

Actually good idea . Player can have two choices:1) Sell your car to carmarket or 2) Put your car into server car shop

This idea could turn into to a problem later.

I would be embarrassed by this message that appears on the screen as you said, when I'm on a chase.
Even in the opposite direction, if the seller offers to sell the vehicle to a buyer, by accident the buyer is busy at this moment, he will be annoyed.
And in case of abuse, you never know if someone purposely annoy a player. I mean spamming this.

I think in that case you'd contact an admin who can check chat logs etc and they could hopefully resolve it?

Tbh since the InSim update (year and 3 months ago) Came, I have seen exactly 1 case about this. And this specific case was solved by TC member asking them to send the money or the car (though, you should sell your cars on your own risk, TC is not obliged to give a refund or help at these situations).

But you can always report them anyways.

Actually tbh , TC dont refund you money . I Had once money problem with user he didnt send me money (wasnt car deal but i gave him money bit to buy car), He didnt send me back loned money , and i made report, admins said, we cant do anything ,its your own risk . I am happy about it that it wasnt big amount(2800€)

Generally, it is down to users to send money and cars and TC doesn't hold any responsibility for non-payment.

However, if someone does scam you out of money or a car, we will take action as this directly goes against the gameplay on our server. Luckily it isn't a common situation.
