Here's a list of stuff that's done to it:
- New main bearings
- New piston rings
- New seals
- New Gates timing belt set
- Cylinders honed, block leveled
- Valves polished
- Combustion chambers and exhaust ports polished
- Lighter flywheel
- Bead blasted and cleaned everything

If you're tearing down that far why not bore it cam it and put in a nasty crank? Haha you'll regret it in the long run. But 50% power gain is probably more than enough!

Where in the footwell? I've never heard of an f series so I'll watch your rebuild.

Scratches, allot of them.. Heavily bruised shoulder and back. Also allot of pain. I'll keep the pictures for myself, looks horrible..

Ohh I definitly will.. Been to one of their concerts before.. Just awesome. If I just had a little more money.. UB40 and Frank Boeijen (a very popular 80's Dutch singer) playing in the same theatre earlier next year.
